The statistical population of this study consists of 148 school attendants in Lordegan city. The sampling method for this research is simple random sampling. The sample size of this study was 103 people using Morgan table. In this study, two researcher-made questionnaires were used for data collection. The first questionnaire is about IT adoption and the second is about innovation performance, product performance and market performance. Cronbach\\\'s alpha was used to measure the reliability of the instrument. Information Technology Questionnaire was 0.80 and for Performance Questionnaire equal to 0.81 and since these values ​​are higher than 0.7, it indicates high reliability of the questionnaires. Statistical methods of research include regression test, independent t-test, analysis of variance and structural equations using LISREL software. The results showed that the adoption of information technology technology (perceived usefulness, perceived ease and willingness to apply) has an impact on innovative performance, market performance and product performance. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد مدیران مدارس شهرستان لردگان می باشد. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق شامل 148 نفر از مدیان مدارس شهرستان لردگان می باشد. روش نمونه گیری برای این تحقیق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده می باشد. حجم نمونه آماری برای این پژوهش با استفاده از جدول مورگان برابر 103 نفر به دست آمد. در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. که پرسشنامه اول مربوط به پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات و پرسشنامه دوم مربوط به عملکرد نوآورانه، عملکردمحصول و عملکرد بازار می باشد. جهت سنجش پایایی ابزار اندازه گیری از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. در مورد پرسشنامه فناوری اطلاعات برابر80/0 و برای پرسشنامه عملکرد برابر 81/0و چون این مقادیر از 7/0 بزرگتر می باشد حاکی از پایایی بالای پرسشنامه ها بکار گرفته شده می باشد روایی پرسشنامه ها به صورت محتوایی و صوری توسط اساتید تأیید شد. روش های آماری تحقیق شامل آزمون رگرسیون، آزمون t مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار لیزرل می باشد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات فناوری (سودمندی ادراک شده، سهولت ادراک شده و تمایل بکارگیری) بر عملکرد نوآورانه، عملکرد بازار و عملکرد محصول تأثیر گذار است. /downloadfilepdf/182380
